The short version
This website doesn't use cookies, doesn't ask you for any personal information and doesn't track you across other sites. The toolkit itself runs fully offline in Excel, so we never see the data you put into it.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and links are used. It doesn't use cookies or local storage, and it doesn't build a profile of you. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers. Google Fonts doesn't set cookies. See Google Fonts privacy.
Buying the toolkit
Purchases happen on Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your name, email address and payment details to process the order and handle VAT, and shares your email address and order details with us so we can provide support and send product updates. See Gumroad's privacy policy.
Emailing us
If you email support@governanceos.co.uk, we use your email address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list from a support email.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@governanceos.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
